David K. Seitz is a critical geographer of liberal multiculturalism broadly interested in the relationships between fantasy, politics, and urban space. He is the author of two books, A Different ‘Trek’: Radical Geographies of ‘Deep Space Nine’<\/em><\/a> and A House of Prayer for All People: Contesting Citizenship in a Queer Church<\/em><\/a>. Alongside his work in the HSA department at HMC, Prof. Seitz is affiliated faculty in the Cultural Studies Department<\/a> at Claremont Graduate University<\/a>, and core faculty in the American Studies Program<\/a> at the Claremont Colleges. He is a member of the editorial collective of ACME: An International Journal for Critical Geographies<\/a> and the editorial board of Social and Cultural Geography<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n (Please refer to HSA Departmental Courses<\/a> for this semester\u2019s courses.)
