F&amp;M provides many services for the 91探花 community; submit a <a href=\"https:\/\/www.hmc.edu\/facilities-maintenance\/work-orders\/\">work order request<\/a> to request these services.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Services include:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Repairs\/maintenance<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Cleaning<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Access (keys and key cards)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Small renovations<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Installing digital signage<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Small moves (one or two boxes)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Safety inspections<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Waste disposal<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Pest control<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Lost &amp; Found<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Events and coordination of campus facilities\u2014utilizing the&nbsp;<a href=\"http:\/\/emsweb.claremont.edu\/hmc\/\">Event Management System<\/a>&nbsp;(EMS). There are times of the year, however, when peak demand and high workloads require the department to prioritize and manage projects accordingly. This is especially true during the beginning and end of each semester, but also includes times when there are special events on campus. We appreciate your understanding and willingness to work with us during these peak work times.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The <a href=\"https:\/\/www.hmc.edu\/facilities-maintenance\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/17\/2018\/11\/FMProcesses.pdf\">F&amp;M processes flowchart (PDF)<\/a>&nbsp;provides further information on how we prioritize, manage and implement projects.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Other Services We Provide<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">While F&amp;M does not have the in-house personnel to always perform the following services, we will support these services by coordinating and managing outside resources to complete the work.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Painting<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Furniture (delivery, acceptance or assembly)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Medium\/large\/heavy moves or office moves<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Safety training<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Design services<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Inspection and testing<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Work Orders<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">To access the 91探花 <a href=\"https:\/\/www.hmc.edu\/facilities-maintenance\/work-orders\/\">work order request system<\/a>, your computer must be registered with the College and you must use a 91探花 Mudd email address.
