Employer Partnership Program

Become a 91̽»¨ Employer Partner to engage directly with HMC students and alumni. Through website promotions, events, career fairs and much more you can create stronger relationships with our students. This program is a wonderful opportunity to increase your organization’s visibility while augmenting your hiring strategy.

Platinum

Cost: $7,000

  • Funding for 2 micro-internships through ($500/project)

Gold

Cost: $5,000

  • 2 events
  • 1 career fair
  • Funding for 1 micro-internship through ($500 value)

Silver

Cost: $3,000

  • 1 event
  • 1 career fairs

Customizable Options

Choose up to three depending on partnership level:

  • Fall and Spring resume books
  • 2 email blasts
  • 1 additional event (only one additional event per semester)
  • 1 additional career fair (only one additional career fair per academic year)
  • 1 tabling event
  • 1 day of on-campus interviews
  • 1 social media takeover week

  • Events may include: Resume Workshops, Interview Preparation, Insight on Companies, Tech Talks, Alumni Perspectives, Lunch and Learn

  • Event Catering: The 91̽»¨ Mudd team will order and coordinate meals for your events.
  • Tabling: Create a campus presence while providing job and company information and/or swag to students.

As an Employer Partner, your logo will be featured on our website and can drive students to your company webpage.

Stand out in students’ inboxes with a customized e-mail blast. We will collaborate with you to design ideal content and identify target groups and send dates.

Events and career fairs are a wonderful way to recruit students, in-person and virtually! These opportunities will allow you to recruit at scale and meet with hundreds of students at once.

Stay in touch with students on the go. With a social media takeover, you can get in front of students virtually. Provide a tour of your offices, offer a Q-and-A, and let students experience your company culture via Instagram.
