In the LAC, you can use the weight room, play board games, catch a CMS volleyball or basketball game, take a physical education class, participate in a wellness event or just hang out. This facility is not open to the public.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The LAC is comprised of a gymnasium, aerobics room, weight room, computer lab, lounge and a game room. You can check out sporting equipment, tools, camping equipment and lots more!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The Linde Activities Center is located at 450 E. Foothill Blvd, Claremont, CA 91711. If you need to contact us, please call <a href=\"tel:+19096071478\" class=\"phone\">909.607.1478<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">LAC Student Supervisors<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The LAC student supervisors (known as LAC SUPS) are the student staff who work to maintain and improve the facilities. As a team, LAC SUPs are responsible for managing the LAC&#8217;s budget, attending weekly meetings with Dean Chris, greeting students upon entry and asking them to swipe in and completing all assigned tasks to keep the LAC open and running. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The LAC SUPS for the 2025\u20132026 academic year are:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Katie Cooper<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Drake Gonzalez<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Logan Fowler<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Ellie Ng<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">LAC Tournaments &amp; Events<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The LAC will be hosting several athletic events and tournaments open to all 5C students throughout the 2025-2026 academic year. Notably, the 3rd annual Dean Chris Classic (DCC) basketball tournament, a 16-team, 5v5 double-elimination event featuring a 3-point shootout, half-court shot competition, exciting outdoor water games, concessions, t-shirt prizes, and more! Currently serving as Pitzer College\u2019s Athletics Commissioner, as well as a member of Pomona-Pitzer\u2019s Student Athletic Advisory Committee (SAAC) and a 5C Club Sports Event Manager, Charlie is actively engaged in the greater Claremont athletic community, bringing a strong background in organizing and supporting athletic initiatives.
